THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY LIABILITY THAT CAN NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.
Our licensors and specialist co-ops will have no responsibility of any sort under this agreement. You may only bring a case under this agreement up to twelve a year after the reason for the activity emerges.
